Modules 3 and 4 aren't built yet. What happens if I enroll now?
You start with Modules 1 and 2 at enrollment. Module 3 releases for the cohort's second quarter, Module 4 for the third. You're never waiting longer than a quarter for the next piece, and you have a live cohort working through the same material at the same pace.
I already bought the Role Clarity Toolkit. Do I have to pay for Module 1 again?
No. Your Toolkit purchase is credited in full toward your Challenge enrollment.
What happens after the year is over?
You leave with the whole system built and in use. Some leaders are done at that point. Others want a continuing outside voice, which is what Pax Ordo Advisory is for.
Can I join outside of a quarterly start date?
