The work, protected over time.
Pax Ordo Advisory is ongoing counsel for leaders who want a steady outside voice as decisions come up. Open to any institution, at any time. No prior engagement required.
Not a maintenance contract.
It's a continuing relationship. A trusted outside voice when decisions arise, paired with a structured annual review that keeps the institution honest about where it actually stands.
Advisory clients get direct access to Jillian Wollmer, not a junior associate or a handoff. The early sessions are spent learning your institution's history, leaders, and current systems, so the counsel that follows is grounded in your actual situation, not a generic framework.
Retainer Advisory
Senior-level advisory access on a standing monthly basis. Built around regular check-ins and as-needed counsel, so leaders have a trusted outside voice available without launching a new engagement every time something comes up.
- A set number of advisory hours each month.
- Quarterly structured conversations, plus as-needed counsel between them.
- Priority access during transitions, leadership changes, or growth pressure.
- An annual Organizational Health Review: a lighter re-assessment that benchmarks progress against your original maturity scores and produces a written update with a refreshed priority list.
Ad Hoc Advisory
For institutions that don't need a standing retainer but want Pax Ordo on call for a specific question. Hourly counsel for a single decision, a hard conversation, or a second opinion before a board meeting.
- Billed hourly. No minimum commitment.
- A practical option between formal engagements.
Who it's for
Pax Ordo Advisory is open to any Catholic institution, at any time. There's no required engagement beforehand and no eligibility gate to clear. We start with a direct conversation about what you need and whether Advisory is the right fit.
Advisory is intentionally limited in volume, so capacity is reserved for institutions ready for a real working relationship. If you're earlier in the process and want a structured tool or program first, the Role Clarity Toolkit and the Peace Through Order Challenge are good places to start.
Start a Conversation
The relationship continues as long as it serves the institution. A conversation is the right place to begin.
