Jill Wollmer is the founder of Pax Ordo Advisors. She believes peace inside an institution is built, not wished for. It's the result of clear ownership, healthy rhythms, and systems that do their work quietly enough that the people inside can do theirs.
Her background spans organizational consulting across mission-driven organizations and direct operational leadership inside a Catholic school system, where she led HR transformation, recruiting, onboarding, leadership systems, and HRIS implementation across a network of schools. She founded Pax Ordo to bring that combined experience, practical operational discipline paired with genuine care for Catholic mission, to the institutions that need it most.
